Our story

Turkish roots.
Northampton heart.

A place for shared plates, unhurried conversation and a generous welcome.

Flames rising from the restaurant’s charcoal grill

A table that
brings us together.

Pamukkale is a Turkish restaurant and bar on St Giles’ Street, overlooking one of Northampton’s lively intersections. Set in a restored building with glazed frontage on two sides, it’s a place to sit back and enjoy the moment.

Our menu moves from colourful meze to charcoal-grilled skewers, home-made house specials and dishes for sharing. Come for a quiet meal, bring your favourite people, or discover a new favourite of your own.

Inspired by our namesake

The beauty of
taking your time.

Pamukkale means “cotton castle” in Turkish. Its flowing white terraces inspired the gentle curves and warm, natural tones of our new home online. A little reminder to slow down, settle in, and savour what’s in front of you.

A place at our table

Good food.
